The Customer acknowledges that each order is custom made to order through their choices of featured options. The Customer agrees to pay the amount in full and understands that all sales are final. All taxes, and additional fees (special handling) are the responsibility of the Customer. Full payment of the total amount is required and is due upon placing the order.
Since each LXR is hand-crafted to order, definite finish dates and E.T.A.s cannot be determined right away. The order's average for completion is 4 to 5 weeks depending on the workload and model ordered. The Company requests around 6 to 8 weeks due to fluctuations with manufacturing schedules. The Company will notify you whether the LXR is finished earlier, or delayed, from the target completion date. The Company promises to complete your order with due diligence.
The transaction is fulfilled when the order is delivered to and received by the Customer. It is the freight carrier's responsibility to arrange for the recovery of lost and/or damaged goods before the Customer receives unit(s). It is the Customer's responsibility to refuse visibly freight-damaged product(s) and file with delivery personnel and freight carrier to return the product.
“Deadhead” freight is an acceptable return to the the manufacturing location. If freight damage occurs, please notify the Seller immediately so that the unit(s) will be sent back to the Seller's manufacturing location for evaluation. The unit(s) will be repaired or replaced. The Seller will keep you posted on its new delivery date.
The Customer reserves the right to terminate the purchase and request for a refund within 24 hours from the time of the draft/agreement. A request for termination will be subject to a five percent (5%) cancellation fee. Any fees acquired by stopped/bounced checks will be the Customer's liability for the Seller. It is the responsibility for the Customer to be liable for any prolonged storage of the order at the freight carrier's location. The Customer is liable for any legal fees (e.g. attorney, court) acquired by the Seller if this contract is dishonored.
