Troubleshooting


If the LXR is not powering on.

1) Unplug the outlet from the wall.

2) Open the slot where the plugs go into the computer board.

3) Carefully pull out each clip, then insert them fully back into their slots.

If you see "HLEr" on the screen, the temperature sensors are loose. The two "red" colored caps should be taken off and pushed back into the board.

4) When all wires have been replugged insert the LXR cord plug back into the wall receptacle.

Note: There are three 3-pronged white slots on the power board. All three slots are for the same function. The two wires with similar caps can go into any of the three slots.

5) Reprogram your Active LXR Touchpad and try using the LXR by pressing the Set/Power button to ensure it is working properly.
