Scheduling

When the LXR arrives to the local terminal, the freight company will call you.

Choose a day when you'll be available to receive your LXR to confirm a delivery time. Enjoy the service of our friendly associates, if you need help just ask them.


Inspect your Packages

Make sure that there's no visible freight damage before signing for the delivery.

Notify the driver if damage is visible. Ask them to note the damage with clear descriptions. The shipment may be refused as "dead head", or the boxes may slightly be opened with the driver present to check the extent of damage. Get a copy of the damage report with the driver's signature. Notify us immediately of the situation.

You have two options here:

1. Damage Claim - If the LXR is repairable with light work. (i.e. filling, touching up, or replacing a small part). We can file a claim for you. You keep the LXR and the carrier will reimburse you for the repair costs.

2. Dead Head - If the LXR is heavily damaged, term the unit "Dead Head" and refuse the package. It'll be sent back to our facility where we'll repair and replace the necessary parts right away to ensure your LXR is restored to its original condition.
